INTRODUCTION
Mr. Bensouda is an
expert in investment with more than 20 years of experience in
the fields of asset management, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions
and restructuring firms operations. Since 2008, Mr. Bensouda held
various positions of responsibility within the FinanceCom group.
He began his career as an engineer at Westinghouse, where he served
as a software engineer and project manager. He holds a degree
in computer systems engineering and a master's degree in business
(MBA), Specialty Finance and entrepreneurship.

• Named for the purposes of restructuring and develop Finatech
Group, a subsidiary of FinanceCom group specialized in the trades
of energy and digital infrastructure.
• Restated Finatech Group doubling turnover, reducing debt,
and significantly improving the cash flow and operating margin.
• Deployed an ambitious transformation agenda to develop
new growth drivers.

• Led the creation and the implementation of the platform
FinanceCom International, entity that drives the activities of
management of assets and financial investment of FinanceCom group

• Council merger acquisition in terms of purchase and sale
of companies with particularly achievement of four operations
in technological and industrial sectors.

Bank Group, created in 1995 by the acquisition of the Bank Marocaine
du Commerce extérieur, second largest bank of Morocco.
• Developed internal financial models for the consolidation
